Feasibility Study
The feasibility study is usually the entry into digitization, the services include the following:
The result is a rough overview of the value stream, technology, facilities, structure and a first gross data analysis. A clear picture of the benefit dimension and potential recognition derived from this is presented as a proposal for an implementation concept. This can be used by the customer as a valid basis for decision-making.

Digital Transformation Basis
In the digital transformation BASIS – building on the feasibility study – the content is further deepened with a focus on the value-added part to be included in the transformation. In a first step, this usually affects a service part with a large leverage (problems) in daily operations:
Parallel dazu werden Bedieneroberflächen gestaltet, Reporting-Anforderungen abgebildet und die erforderlichen Changes in Organisation, Struktur und Kompetenzen auf den Weg gebracht. The changes are implemented gradually and jointly and are put into operation on one system.

Roll-Out
After successfully designed projects on the “digital transformation basis”, the solutions developed are rolled out in close cooperation with customers at several locations. Once developed, models generate the highest possible customer benefit. It is important to design standards and templates accordingly in the basic phase.
The technical requirements must be clear (measuring points, system configuration, maintenance), the software environment including visualization and reports must be coordinated and the standards for system operation must be implemented.
Standards and templates are, of course, validated and released and thus form an important future know-how advantage for customers.

Digital Transformation Service
The scope of the services is determined in coordination with the customer’s service and maintenance expertise. From previous projects is clear that a certain level of support and service is especially useful in the initial phase.
CHORUS DIGITAL also works with service partners from the CHORUS family to ensure the required services meaningful for long-term, successful system operation.
